Background

My name is Asia Burnett and since the age of four I have expressed a deep love for the arts, noting that one day I would be a "star". My interest spanned from being a rockstar, to an actress and found a home in storytelling through writing, directing, still and motion visuals. My talents were developed at Franklin Learning Center High School and East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Starting from feeling unheard in life as well as art, I created a space that spoke for me as well as others. Caged Artistry is not only a company, but it is a brand, a lifestyle. Specializing in creative directing, photography, videography, social media and other forms of uncaged art.

Manage a twitter and Instagram account dedicated to updates on the artist.
Organize meet and greets with the artist and her fans.
Meet and strategize with management organize and run contests.
Record live footage of artist (behind the scenes of events and video production).
Record and edit behind the scenes video and performance video.

Photographer @ Lifetouch

I worked within Lifetouch's style of photo taking.
A week prior to the photo day, I would confirm with the Director's of each day care center scheduled.
During photo days, I engaged with young models to capture the best photos for their families.
At end of the session, I would review with the director including the post picture day packet, no-smile discount cards and proofs for all photos taken today.
Before the end of work day, I would upload the session to the lab for future online access for each center.

Digital Media Assistant @ Building Innovative Media

I worked closely with their designers on projects.
I learned the basics of the Adobe Cloud, contract editing, web design, branding and marketing.
Management of business accounts for Building Innovative Media.
Editing assignments using the Adobe Cloud Suite.
